The agency owner, Jimmy Swain, is a lifelong resident of Baxley, Georgia and has served the insurance and real estate needs of our local communities since 1986. The two pillars on which we’ve built our customer service are relationships and education. Since the insurance industry is constantly evolving, we take education just as serious. We’re the only agency in our area to have certified work comp advisors on staff through the Institute of Work Comp Advisors. We’re also members of both the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia, as well as the Assure Alliance group.
